Thank you for your interest in applying as a vendor at the Franklinton Night Market series! The Franklinton Night Market is a collaborative, organic, local event. We rely upon each merchant and outdoor vendor to help make this event a success.
The Franklinton Night Market features a community Night Market / Street Party along McDowell St (including W Walnut St) between W Town St and W Rich St. Each event features live music, local art, shopping, activities, and an open-air market featuring Ohio artisans, food trucks and pop-up shops.
PLEASE NOTE that your reservation for Franklinton Night Market is not confirmed until you have paid in full. VENDOR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
By agreeing with the Terms and Conditions for the Franklinton Night Market, you acknowledge that YOU WILL PROVIDE your own tent, tables, chairs, 35lb. weights for each tent leg, or any other items required for the set up of your display(s). Please note that power is NOT available at the Franklinton Night Market. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred location request whenever possible, however requests cannot be guaranteed and are at the discretion of the organizers, City of Columbus, and local merchants. You will receive an email the week prior to each Night Market for which you are registered, detailing the specifics of your assigned location.
The Franklinton Night Market takes place rain or shine. In case of inclement weather, event organizers and on-site city officials will make the call AT THE EVENT. While we will make every effort to move under cover in case of inclement weather, we cannot make guarantees based upon available space. Please plan accordingly by providing your own tent, tarp, or other covering.
Outdoor Vendor Pricing* for the Franklinton Night Market series 2024:
• $80 per event for a 10' x 10' Area [on McDowell St from W Town to W Rich St]
• $100 per Hop for Food Trucks (only 7 Food Truck spaces are available per month)!
**Vendor fees help cover event insurance & permits, security, staffing, marketing/promotional costs, music and entertainment. VENDOR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Tables, chairs, and tents are NOT provided. You must bring your own! Power/electricity is NOT available.
